Joshua MacLeod is the founder of the Growability™ training and consultation series. He is an expert in small business management, leadership training, social entrepreneurship, strategic planning, grassroots marketing and social and film media. Joshua is an award-winning photographer and has worked in more than 18 countries globally. Joshua lives in Nashville TN with his wife Sarah and their eight children. Hannah, Rebecca, Caleb, John, Luke, Joshua, Elizabeth and Samuel.
Bernie Anderson is an experienced writer, specializing in clear communication and well-researched, strategic content. He serves clients with thoughtful, effective marketing funnels and clarified, creative messaging. Bernie has spent 30 years in the church and non-profit world – nearly a decade of which was spent living overseas growing leaders and creating curriculum for leadership development. He speaks fluent Mongolian, has a Masters Degree in the Humanities from the University of South Africa, and makes an excellent cup of coffee. Bernie lives in South Carolina with his wife Renee’ and enjoys spending time with his two adult children, Jonathan and Cori.
Andria Perez is a University of Northwestern St. Paul graduate and Nashville transplant from Wisconsin. She lives with her husband Keith and their dog Angel. She enjoys good coffee, photography, and swing dancing.
